A wind advisory in Alcorn County on top of the threat of winter weather could potentially lead to power outages.

WHAT…North winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph expected. * WHERE…Portions of north Mississippi and west Tennessee. * WHEN…Until 6 AM CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Wind chills will drop into the single digits to lower teens tonight.
