Glen man convicted of filimg people without consent arrested

An Alcorn County resident was recently arrested for failing to register as a sex offender.

From the Tishomingo County Sheriffs Office:

On November 7, 2019, MICHAEL CHESTER BRAY was brought to the Tishomingo County Jail due to an outstanding ARREST WARRANT for SEX OFFENDER – FAIL TO REGISTER.  BRAY was originally arrested by the Corinth Police Department on misdemeanor violations and that lead to the discovery of the outstanding FELONY WARRANT that was issued by the Tishomingo County Sheriff’s Office. 

MICHAEL CHESTER BRAY, 37-year-old, white male, formally of 23A CR 944 Glen, Mississippi has been officially charged with SEX OFFENDER REGISTRATION FAILURE.  BRAY remains in the custody of the Tishomingo County Jail awaiting a bond to be set by the Tishomingo County Justice Court.  Bray also has a hold placed on him by the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC). 

BRAY was previously convicted of PHOTOGRAPHING/FILMING ANOTHER WITHOUT PERMISSION in 2012 in Union County.
