Corinth Man Sentenced to 25 Years on Drug Charges
A Corinth man has been sentenced to 25 years in prison following a guilty plea to multiple drug offenses.
Ontarious Luster, 35, pled guilty to possession of hydrocodone, amphetamine, and oxycodone with intent to sell. Luster had previously had his parole revoked due to these charges and was serving a 19-year sentence. Circuit Court Judge Kelly L. Mims added an additional six years, bringing his total to 25 years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
Upon release, Luster will serve five years of post-release supervision. The case was investigated by the Corinth Police Department, with Detective Phillip Oglesby serving as lead investigator. Assistant District Attorney Kyle Robbins prosecuted the case on behalf of the State of Mississippi.
