Police seek suspect in theft at Tupelo Walmart
Crime Stoppers of Northeast Mississippi and the Tupelo Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a theft at a Walmart store in Tupelo.
The incident occurred on Feb. 11, 2026, around 1:25 p.m. at the store located at 2270 West Main Street. Two unidentified men entered the store and went to the jewelry section, where they concealed multiple jewelry items.
The suspects then exited the store without paying for the merchandise, which is valued at more than $5,000, according to police. Authorities are investigating the case and urge anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers of Northeast Mississippi at 800-773-TIPS (8477) or submit an anonymous tip via the P3 Tip App.
Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest. Officials emphasized that they do not require the tipsters’ names, only their information. The organization also encourages sharing the QR code for the P3 Tip App to help spread awareness.
