The Alcorn County Sheriff’s Office received a report on March 18 from the family of Ashley Johnson, 38, of Alcorn County. The family said they had not spoken to her since March 15.
Investigators with the sheriff’s office launched an immediate investigation. They located and spoke with Johnson on March 19, and she was found to be safe, authorities said.
The sheriff’s office did not specify how Johnson was located or where she was found.
