The Internal Revenue Service has opened the e-file system for individual income tax filings, allowing taxpayers to submit their 2024 returns electronically starting Monday.
The deadline to file and pay any taxes owed is April 15, 2025. Taxpayers are encouraged to file early to avoid last-minute rushes and potential penalties.
