Businesses in Mississippi are due to file their 2025 tax year 1099 forms with the Mississippi Department of Revenue today, according to the DOR.
Any 1099s filed with the IRS must also be submitted to the state. The department emphasizes that companies filing 10 or more 1099s are required to do so electronically.
