Mississippi Names New Terminal Agency Coordinators to Support Public Safety

Fourteen individuals have completed the latest Terminal Agency Coordinator (TAC) training in Mississippi, according to officials. TACs are responsible for ensuring compliance and security while managing access to CJIS and NCIC systems.

The class included representatives from the Mississippi Department of Corrections, Newton County E911, Neshoba County E911, Starkville Police Department and Mound Bayou Police Department. Participants will support law enforcement and emergency communications across the state, officials said.

The training aims to strengthen public safety efforts by ensuring proper system access and security protocols. Officials expressed appreciation for the participants’ dedication to enhancing safety throughout Mississippi.
