Mississippi opens new Troop G facility in Starkville

STARKVILLE, Miss. — The Mississippi Department of Public Safety celebrated the grand opening of its new Troop G headquarters with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday.

The event was attended by state officials, including representatives from the Mississippi Legislature, as well as architects, contractors, and department staff. Department leaders thanked all parties involved for making the project possible.

Officials said the new facility will benefit department personnel and the communities they serve for years to come.
