Mississippi wildlife officers complete dive training at GRIT Training
The Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks’ Law Enforcement Special Response Team (SRT) Dive Team spent a day training at GRIT Training last week, according to department officials.
The team completed their full face mask certification and participated in several dive scenarios to sharpen their skills. The training aimed to prepare officers for real-world situations they may encounter in the field.
MDWFP officials thanked GRIT Training for providing the facilities and support. The department’s SRT regularly trains throughout the year to ensure readiness for any challenge.
