Mississippians can report nonprofit misuse of taxpayer funds online

Mississippians can report instances of fraud, waste, or abuse of taxpayer funds spent by nonprofits through email, according to the Office of the State Auditor.

Reports can be sent to nonprofitwaste@osa.ms.gov. The office also provides a nonprofit spending dashboard on its website, where residents can view details of nonprofits that have received taxpayer funds and the amounts allocated to each organization.

The initiative aims to promote transparency and accountability in the use of public funds by nonprofit organizations in Mississippi.
