Northeast Mississippi Community College awards scholarship to Booneville student
Northeast Mississippi Community College announced that Brandon Windham of Booneville has received the Barbara & Ken Shackelford Endowment Scholarship.
College officials said scholarships like the Shackelford Endowment are funded through donations to support students pursuing higher education. The 2026-2027 academic year scholarship application is open and will close March 15.

During a presentation, college President Ricky Ford, Ken Shackelford, Barbara Shackelford, Patrick Eaton, and Windham were present, according to the college.
