Northeast Mississippi Community College highlights career training amid ice storm

With an ice storm impacting the region, Northeast Mississippi Community College (NEMCC) Adult Education highlighted a recent Career Connections event. The session featured Phillip Young of PCEPA, who spoke with students about career opportunities in the energy industry.

Young emphasized the importance of safety, awareness, and respect when working around electricity. Students received insights into the rewards and responsibilities associated with careers in this critical field, according to NEMCC.
