Prentiss County man facing charges of child fondling

The Prentiss County Sheriff’s Department on March 2, 2026, served a Capias Indictment on Terry Lee Foster, 64, of Booneville, for two counts of fondling a child, sheriff’s officials said.

The Circuit Court set his bond at $20,000, the sheriff’s office reported. The case was presented to a grand jury by Investigator Torie Jumper. Assisting in the investigation were Investigators Aaron Stolz and Kolby Knight.
