Prentiss County man indicted on charges after shots fired incident

Prentiss County deputies responded to a shots-fired call on Highway 4 West. Deputy N’Shaun Cameron and Deputy Ray Jennings arrived at the scene, according to sheriff’s officials.

Timothy Alan Elliott, 33, of Booneville, was initially charged with disorderly conduct. Investigator Torie Jumper later presented the case to the Prentiss County Grand Jury.

Elliott was indicted on charges of shooting into a dwelling. His bond was set at $10,000, authorities said. Investigators Aaron Stolz and Kolby Knight assisted with the case, officials added.
