The Prentiss County Sheriff’s Office is partnering with the Prentiss County TRIAD to host its annual Senior Citizens Appreciation Day. The event is scheduled for Friday, May 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Booneville First Methodist Church Family Life Building.
Everyone is invited to attend. Organizers are currently raising funds to cover event expenses and are accepting donations of prizes to award senior attendees, according to a news release.
Vendors interested in setting up tables are asked to contact Kim Smith at 662-728-2002 to reserve a space at no cost. Organizers plan to provide updates as preparations continue, the release said.
