Wintry precipitation nearing end of Mid-South, radar shows
The back edge of wintry precipitation is nearly out of the Mid-South, according to a radar update at noon. A few light bands of snow are expected to move across eastern Arkansas, the Missouri Bootheel, and western Tennessee over the next two hours.
No additional impacts are anticipated as the system moves out. Authorities advise against travel unless it is absolutely necessary.
Officials continue to monitor the situation as the winter weather exits the region.
