Local athletes in Alcorn County are now getting a bigger spotlight across Mississippi.
Mississippi Sports Group has officially launched the Mississippi Sports app for iOS, along with its companion website, MississippiSportsApp.com, bringing Alcorn County sports coverage into a unified statewide platform.
The free app is available now on the Apple App Store, offering fans instant access to high school and college sports news from across Mississippi — including dedicated coverage of Alcorn County teams.

Through the new platform, content from Alcorn Sports MS is featured in a real-time aggregated sports feed. That means Friday night football in Corinth and Kossuth, playoff runs at Alcorn Central, and standout performances across the county are showcased alongside major college programs and statewide headlines.
From football and basketball to baseball, softball and beyond, Alcorn County athletes will gain expanded exposure while fans enjoy faster access to scores, recaps and player highlights.
