Local teen charged with murder and multiple counts of assault
The Starkville Police Department has charged 15 year old McKenzie Robinson of Starkville with murder and two counts of aggravated assault, according to a press release from the Starkville Police Department.
In the evening hours of Friday, September 6, 2024 multiple people were involved in an argument at Brookville Garden apartments, located at 305 Everglade Avenue in Starkville.
Robinson, who was on the scene in a vehicle during the altercation, struck several individuals with a firearm, killing a 59-year-old female and injuring two others leading to the charges.
The two injured victims were treated and released.
No bond information has been released at the time of this article.
