Felony Burglary Arrest

7-12-23, Jerry Nance was seen prowling around a residence attempting to break a front door of a home on Meigg Street. Then broke the door and entered, and Officer Pannell pursued him when he exited the home then is when he resisted arrest.

He was charged with Burglary of a Dwelling, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Arrest.

Burglary charge will be presented to the Alcorn County Grand Jury, the misdemeanor charges will be handled by Corinth Municipal Court.
