Surgeon General warns: “this will be the hardest week of most Americans lives”
The Surgeon General of the United States, Jerome Adams, had a very dire warning for United States citizens on Sunday.
He advises people to brace for “the hardest and the saddest week of most Americans’ lives,” calling the coronavirus pandemic “our Pearl Harbor moment, our 9/11 moment, only it’s not going to be localized.”
At the same time, top infectious disease expert Dr. Anthony Fauci advised citizens to “buckle down” as this week begins what experts are calling the start of the peak of the COVID19 virus.
This comes as the United States leads the world in confirmed cases and as we are rapidly approaching 10,000 deaths as a result of the novel coronavirus.As of Sunday morning, there were over 9,100 deaths and over 300,000 cases.
