Corinth-Alcorn Animal Shelter Launches Expanded Spay and Neuter Program with Free Vaccines and Microchipping

CORINTH, Miss. – The Corinth-Alcorn Animal Shelter has announced exciting updates to its AC Spay Program, offering even more benefits to pet owners who schedule spay or neuter procedures.

As part of the enhanced initiative, pets will now receive free vaccinations—DAPP for dogs and FVRCP for cats—as well as a free lifetime microchip for permanent identification.

Shelter officials say the program aims to reduce pet overpopulation while also improving community safety and animal health across Alcorn County.

“This is a great opportunity to protect your pet from disease and make sure they can always find their way home,” the shelter stated.
