The Tiger Threads Crochet Club kicks off tomorrow at the Eula Dees Library, with gatherings scheduled on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:15 p.m. to 2:05 p.m., according to organizers.
Members can join at any time during the meetings, which are open to both beginners and experienced crocheters. No prior experience is necessary, and attendance is flexible.
A student volunteer named Trinity will be donating her time to teach beginners. Participants are encouraged to bring their own crochet projects and supplies, although a limited number of yarn and hooks will be available for newcomers to get started.
Organizers expressed hope that community members will take advantage of the opportunity to learn and share a hobby. The first meeting is scheduled for tomorrow, and interested individuals are encouraged to attend.
