Crime Stoppers of Northeast Mississippi and the Chickasaw County Sheriff’s Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Richard Hawks. Authorities say Hawks is wanted for failure to register as a sex offender.
Hawks is described as a white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing approximately 178 pounds. He has green eyes, red thinning hair, and is considered to be armed and dangerous, according to law enforcement.
Anyone with information on Hawks’ whereabouts is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 800-773-TIPS (8477) or submit an anonymous tip through the P3 Tip App. Crime Stoppers will pay up to $2,000 for information leading to Hawks’ arrest. Authorities emphasize that tips can be provided anonymously and that they do not want the tipster’s name.
