Booneville Police Department announced that Detective Captain Courtney has been named the 2025 Crime Stoppers Law Enforcement Officer of the Year.
The department praised Courtney for his hard work, professionalism, and the numerous hours he devotes to protecting the community. The award recognizes his leadership and commitment to public safety, according to the department.
Officials expressed pride in the recognition and thanked Courtney for his continued service to the city of Booneville.
