Mississippi Department of Revenue to visit college campuses for recruitment

The Mississippi Department of Revenue will visit several college campuses this month to engage with students interested in careers in accounting, information technology, and customer service, according to a department news release.

The department will be on the following campuses: March 17 at Mississippi State University, March 25 at East Central Community College, and March 25 at Pearl River Community College. Representatives will share information about job opportunities and internships.

Officials said students exploring public service careers are encouraged to stop by and learn more. The department is also hiring interns for the summer, with applications due by April 1.

Interested students can view current job openings at www.dor.ms.gov/career-opportunities and apply for internships at www.dor.ms.gov/careers/internships, according to the release.
