The Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks is urging young artists to apply for the 2026 Bob Tyler Fish Hatchery Youth Art Contest. The department encourages students to submit a portfolio, including an entry form and artwork, to the Visitor Education Center by May 10, 2026.
Organizers are excited to see the variety of art pieces from participants this year, according to the department. The contest aims to promote wildlife awareness and appreciation among youth.
