Mississippi Emergency Management Agency Encourages Damage Reports from Winter Storm

Mississippi residents who suffered damage to their homes during the recent winter storm are encouraged to report it using the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency’s (MEMA) self-report tool, according to agency officials.

The online damage report allows residents to submit details and photos of the damage. MEMA has already received hundreds of reports and urges more residents to participate. The report can be accessed at https://www.msema.org/report-damage.

There is also a video available on the page demonstrating how to complete the report. Officials emphasized that this is not an application for assistance but a step to expedite damage assessment efforts.
