Northeast Mississippi Community College Hosts Booneville Fifth Graders at Baseball Game

Booneville fifth graders visited Northeast Mississippi Community College’s baseball field on Tuesday. The students threw out the first pitch, sang the national anthem and helped as bat boys and bat girls during the game, according to the college.

College officials said the visit was a reminder of why they love what they do. They expressed excitement about the possibility of seeing the students again in the future, wearing the college’s black and gold colors.
