Pass-Through Entity Tax Returns Due Today in Mississippi

Taxpayers in Mississippi are required to file pass-through entity tax returns by the end of the day. Those requesting an extension must also submit any taxes owed along with Form 83-180.

According to the Mississippi Department of Revenue, an approved extension to file does not extend the deadline for tax payments. Taxpayers should ensure payments are made by the due date to avoid penalties.
