Prentiss County Sheriff’s Department Hosts Breakfast for National Guard Troops

The Prentiss County Sheriff’s Department prepared and served breakfast to Mississippi National Guard members over the past two mornings. The troops have been deployed to assist with recovery efforts following a severe winter ice storm, according to department officials.

Department staff, including jail personnel and inmate workers, worked to make the Guardsmen feel at home. Officials expressed appreciation for their dedication during the response effort.
