Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Charge in Prentiss County
Thrasher Community, Prentiss County, MS – In the early hours of Wednesday, June 26th, 2024, Deputy Cody Horn of the Prentiss County Sheriff’s Department made a significant discovery during a routine traffic stop on County Road 1040. Heather Le ‘Nelle Wheeler, 31, a resident of Booneville, MS, was apprehended and subsequently charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Enhanced with a Firearm.
