Capitol Police officers participated in the Junior League of Jackson’s ‘Resiliency’ project at Methodist Children’s Home, according to a release from the department.
Officers connected with students, sharing information about their roles and offering safety tips to help students stay aware and confident in their daily lives.
The department expressed gratitude to the Junior League for including law enforcement in the initiative, emphasizing the importance of community engagement and resilience among youth.
