De’Andria, a human resources generalist, has been named Employee of the Month by her organization. She was nominated by her manager, Shantell, who praised her professionalism and initiative.
Shantell noted that De’Andria handles new hire orientation, manages personnel transactions, and assists with special projects. She also developed a New Employee Guide that helps new employees feel welcomed and informed.
Her manager highlighted her attention to detail and her embodiment of teamwork and service, which reflect the organization’s values. The recognition was announced with appreciation from the organization, which expressed gratitude for her contributions.
