Mississippi Department of Wildlife Offers Summer Internships for College Students

The Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks is offering internship opportunities for college and university students this summer, according to a department statement.

The application deadline is March 15, 2026. Interns will perform a variety of duties designed to develop skills relevant to careers within the agency.

Assignments will be matched to students’ majors or minors and include tasks that provide transferable skills applicable both inside and outside the agency. Interested students can find the application online or contact the department via email at Internships@wfp.ms.gov.
