Mississippi Department of Public Safety offices will be closed Monday in observance of Confederate Memorial Day, according to a news release from the agency.
This closure includes all Driver Service Bureaus across the state. The offices will reopen and resume normal business hours on Tuesday, April 28.
The department expressed appreciation for law enforcement and first responders who will continue working to keep roadways safe during the holiday observance.
