North Mississippi law enforcement cadets graduate from training program

JACKSON, Miss. — Several members of Class B-82 at the North Mississippi Law Enforcement Training Center are preparing to join law enforcement agencies within the First Circuit Court District, said District Attorney Jason D. Herring.

Herring, who taught criminal law to the cadets, praised the group for their professionalism, dedication, and commitment to community service. He expressed gratitude for their willingness to answer the call to serve.

He added that he is pleased to see these individuals complete their training and earn their certification as law enforcement officers. Herring also acknowledged the sacrifices they are making in pursuit of a career in public safety.

Best wishes were extended to the graduating cadets as they begin their careers in law enforcement, Herring said.
