Northeast Mississippi Community College has received a $50,000 grant from the Tennessee Valley Authority to improve its digital infrastructure, the college announced.
The TVA ConnectED grant will fund the replacement of critical network components across the campus. College officials said the upgrades will enhance connectivity for classroom instruction, healthcare simulation, cybersecurity, robotics, engineering, and workforce training.
College representatives expressed gratitude to TVA for the investment. They said the improvements will support students’ learning and better prepare them for future careers.
