NWS Memphis Urges Public to Submit Storm Reports

The National Weather Service in Memphis has issued a reminder for the public to submit storm reports via its website. The reports assist meteorologists in issuing and verifying warnings and understanding ongoing threats, according to NWS officials.

Residents can submit reports at https://www.weather.gov/meg/submitstormreport. The site also provides links to view storm reports, submit storm photos, request spot forecasts, and access hazard outlooks.

NWS Memphis encourages community participation to enhance weather safety and response efforts. Accurate and timely storm reports help improve the accuracy of warnings and public safety measures, officials said.
