Office Closed on Presidents’ Day 2026

The office will be closed on Feb. 16, 2026, in observance of Presidents’ Day, according to officials.

Those needing to purchase hunting or fishing licenses can do so online at outdoors.ms, through the agency’s mobile app, or by calling 1-800-5go-hunt, the department said.

To report a hunting or fishing violation, individuals can call 1-800-BE-SMART or visit outdoors.ms, officials added.
