Severe Storm Threat Expands in Memphis Area, NWS Warns of All Hazards
The National Weather Service in Memphis has expanded the enhanced risk for severe weather to include parts of the Memphis metro area, alerting residents to potential hazards today.
All forms of severe weather, including damaging winds, large hail, and tornadoes, are possible across the Mid-South region, according to the weather service.
Residents are encouraged to submit storm reports through the NWS website at https://www.weather.gov/meg/submitstormreport to help with tracking and response efforts.
