Lower Dewpoints and Cooler Temps Bring Slight Relief for Labor Day

A weak front has brought lowered dewpoints and a few degrees of cooler temperatures, resulting in decreased heat indices for Labor Day, according to weather reports.

Despite the relief, it will still be hot, but the conditions are expected to be slightly more comfortable through early next week.

Forecasters note that the change is due to the front, which has introduced cooler air and lower humidity levels.
