Felishia, a Revenue Specialist Team Lead in the state’s Sales Tax Department, has been named Employee of the Month by the Department of Revenue. She was nominated by her supervisor, who praised her over 25 years of service and her progression from a file clerk to a leadership role.
“Felishia’s hard work, endurance, and attention to detail have made her a resourceful employee and manager,” the supervisor said. “Her extensive knowledge and skills in contractor’s tax allow her to provide top-tier assistance to staff and taxpayers alike.”
The department expressed appreciation for Felishia’s contributions and her value to the team. Officials said her experience and dedication make her an invaluable asset to the department. Congratulations to Felishia on her recognition.
