Supreme Court rules Alcorn County judge must accept sanctions

The Supreme Couty of Mississippi has ruled against an Alcorn County Justice Court Judge.

In the case of Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance v. Jimmy McGee the Supreme Court has ruled that McGee to be publicly reprimanded and fined $1,683.34.

The allegations and rulling against McGee stem from his failure to render prompt and timely decisions in 27 cases.
