Registration Opens for 2026 Blue Steel Challenge, Northeast Mississippi Crime Stoppers Says

Registration is open for the 22nd annual Blue Steel Challenge, hosted by Crime Stoppers of Northeast Mississippi. The event is scheduled for Oct. 10, 2026, at the North Mississippi Law Enforcement Training Center.

Participation in the competition is limited to law enforcement officers, including reserve, auxiliary, and retired officers with valid agency credentials, according to organizers.

This year’s event will feature competitions in handgun, shotgun, patrol rifle, and an obstacle course. Attendees can also look forward to trophies, prizes, and giveaways, Crime Stoppers said.
