NE MS Community College employees returned from summer break for their annual in-service, energizing staff ahead of the new academic year.
President Ford highlighted this year’s theme, “Leadership from Within,” emphasizing that leadership exists in every role, department, and act of service, according to college sources.
Keynote speaker Jeff Toister challenged staff to identify and overcome hidden obstacles that can hinder excellent service, the college said.
College officials expressed gratitude for the dedicated staff who help make the college feel like home and announced that in-person classes will resume on August 12th.
The college is looking forward to welcoming students back for the new semester.
