Severe Thunderstorm Watch Issued for Parts of Mississippi

The National Weather Service in Memphis has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for parts of Mississippi, effective until 10 p.m. CDT, according to a recent alert.

The watch covers areas where conditions are favorable for severe storms, including strong winds, hail, and heavy rainfall, the agency said.
