McDonalds offering free meals to first responders and healthcare workers

As a thank you to the heroes working the frontlines during the COVID-19 pandemic, McDonalds is giving away free meals to healthcare workers. This will include three options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as a soft drink, tea, or coffee of any size.

For breakfast, healthcare workers and first responders have an option of an Egg McMuffin, Chicken McGriddle, or a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit. Breakfast comes with hashbrowns and a choice of coffee, or any size soft drink or tea.

Lunch and dinner options are a Double Cheeseburger, 6 Piece McNuggets, or a Filet-O-Fish, and are served with fries and drink option of choice. Healthcare workers can pick up these “thank you meals” at participating McDonalds from April 22nd through May 5th.

It’s as simple as asking for your “thank you meal”, selecting your meal option, and showing proof of employment. These meals can be redeemed one per day, per person.
