Booneville Armed Robbery Suspects Among 6 Charged in Tupelo
Three Booneville residents are among six young adults charged in a Tupelo armed robbery case. The Tupelo Police Department says the group lured a man to a Tupelo street on Oct. 25 to rob him at gunpoint, and one person was shot. The Booneville armed robbery suspects, all ages 18 to 20, were arrested this week along with three New Albany residents. Each is being held on a $30,000 bond.
The Tupelo Police Department announced the arrests in a press release on Friday, Oct. 30, 2026.
What Tupelo Police Say Happened on Lake Circle Drive
According to the department, officers were called to Lake Circle Drive in Tupelo on Oct. 25 after reports that someone was knocking on doors at several homes. Officers found the man and took him into custody on misdemeanor charges.
Around the same time, police learned that a person with a gunshot wound had arrived at the North Mississippi Medical Center emergency room. Investigators then found a crime scene on Lake Circle Drive and collected evidence there.
Detectives determined that the man first contacted by officers had been lured to the area by a group that allegedly planned to rob him at gunpoint. Shots were fired during the robbery, and one person was hit. Police have not said who was wounded or what that person’s condition is.
Booneville Armed Robbery Suspects and Charges
Each of the six is charged with one count of conspiracy to commit armed robbery and one count of armed robbery. Police identified them as:
- Jaycee M. Parker, 20, of Booneville, arrested Oct. 28
- Kendal B. White, 19, of Booneville, arrested Oct. 28
- Kirsten K. Moyer, 18, of Booneville, arrested Oct. 29
- Mason B. Hogue, 18, of New Albany, arrested Oct. 28
- Colin Hogue, 19, of New Albany, arrested Oct. 29
- Clifton A. Campbell, 18, of New Albany, arrested Oct. 29
On Oct. 30, Lee County Circuit Judge Mims set bond at $30,000 for each suspect, according to the release.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Case Headed to a Lee County Grand Jury
Tupelo police say the investigation is still open and that more arrests or charges are possible. The case will be presented to a Lee County grand jury, which will decide whether to return indictments.
Because the case has not yet gone before a grand jury, no indictments have been returned and no trial dates have been set.
The release did not say how detectives linked the six to the robbery, whether anything was taken, or how the group knew the man who was targeted.
Why It Matters for Prentiss County
Booneville sits about 30 miles north of Tupelo along U.S. Highway 45, and many Prentiss County residents work, shop, and go to school in Lee County. Half of the people charged in this case list Booneville as their hometown.
