Alcorn county schools dismissing early due to threat of severe weather

Alcorn County schools will dismiss early due to the Threat of severe weather today.

The threat includes large hail, damaging winds and a possible tornado.

From the Alcorn county school district:

Due to the threat of severe weather, Alcorn School District will dismiss school today April 18th at 2PM. Pre-K students will be dismissed at 1:30PM.
